• Admission is valid for the Premium Zone – Camping Area, for the specific reserved pitch, with its own access to the lake, as well as for the Beach Zone during the facility’s opening hours.
• Admission does not include access to the Premium Zone – Diving Centre.
• 🌙 The overnight stay fee is included in the price.

🕙 Check-in / Check-out

• CHECK-IN: from 10:00 AM

• CHECK-OUT: by 9:00 AM

• Upon check-in, a €50 cash refundable deposit per pitch must be paid. The deposit will be returned at check-out provided that there is no excessive contamination/soiling of the camping pitch and no damage to the equipment or facilities.

• The remaining balance of the invoice must be paid upon arrival, under the name of the customer stated on the advance invoice. If the customer requires the total amount on the final invoice to be divided between 2 or more persons (separate invoices), for the purpose of claiming a recreational voucher or for any other reason, this request must be made before the final invoice is issued.
  The fee for this service is €5 per person/invoice. If the final invoice has already been issued and the customer subsequently requests a correction, changes or amendments to the invoice details are no longer possible.

⚠️ Rules of Conduct

In the event of a violation of the Facility Operating Rules, persistent disturbance of the night-time quiet hours, or inappropriate behaviour during the day that disturbs other guests, and after repeated warnings by the security service or facility staff, the operator has the right to terminate the guest’s stay without a refund.

The operator also has the right to remove disruptive or uncooperative visitors from the facility, including the entire group covered by the relevant reservation.

🏕️ CAMPING – Additional Services

🎣 FISHING

• Fishing is permitted exclusively at pitches No. 3–7 with a valid fishing permit issued by SRZ Galanta.
• A guest fishing permit can be purchased directly at the facility during the main season.

🏠 APARTMENTS

🕑 Check-in / Check-out

• CHECK-IN: from 2:00 PM

• CHECK-OUT: by 10:00 AM

• The apartment price includes access to the Beach Zone for swimming and catering services throughout the entire stay.

• As the apartments are located in the Diving Zone, access to the lake is also possible from this zone, but only at the location designated by the operator, for the safety of divers.

• The apartment/night fee includes admission to the Diving Zone until the end of the stay (check-out).

• Upon check-in, a €50 cash refundable deposit per apartment must be paid. The deposit will be returned at check-out provided that there is no excessive soiling of the apartment and no damage to the equipment or facilities.

• After check-out, guests may remain in the facility after purchasing admission to the Beach Zone / Diving Zone.
