Čierna Voda
Participation Conditions:
Only certified divers and freedivers with a valid diving license may participate in the event.
Each participant must have their own diving equipment, as well as photography equipment including their own SD card.
Participants are required to register by submitting a properly completed FORM (APPLICATION in electronic form).
By submitting the form, the participant accepts the competition rules.
Payment instructions will be sent subsequently.
The entry fee is 30 EUR (this includes entrance to the venue/DC for the entire competition day on 26 September 2026, including the award ceremony).
Maximum number of participants: 30.
Registration opens: 15 April 2026 at 00:01.
Application deadline: 20 September 2026.

Official opening of FotoFilmFest 2026: 09:00
Start and end of competition photography: 09:00 – 12:00
Competition Process:
The competition will take place on 26 September 2026 (Saturday) from 09:00 to 12:00, during which participants will take photographs underwater at the Čierna Voda gravel lake.
Notice:
During the competition, only participating divers are allowed to enter the water in order to ensure equal conditions for all competitors. Other divers may enter the water at the dive center only after the competition ends, i.e. after 12:00.
The number of dives, their profile, and timing are at the discretion of each participant. Competitors must enter the water only through the official diving entry of AQUAREA Čierna Voda Dive Center and comply with the site’s operating rules.
After completing the photography session, each participant selects a maximum of 3 photographs from the chosen competition categories. Only basic editing is allowed.
The participant must then submit their SD card to the jury for copying no later than 12:00.
Photographs must be labeled as follows: name, surname, category, shot number.
The images will be evaluated anonymously by an expert jury, which will determine the winners.
The award ceremony will be part of the FotoFilmFest Čierna Voda 2026 awards on 26 September 2026 (Saturday) in the evening (see PROGRAM).

Awards:
1st to 3rd place in all occupied categories A, B, C.
TOP Photographer (awarded only if the author competes in all three categories).
Special awards and honorary mentions.
Award Ceremony:
Awards will be presented during the festival evaluation on 26 September 2026 in the evening at the AQUAREA Čierna Voda Dive Center (see festival PROGRAM).
